    I help you grow into your new role through practice: managing delivery and your team, improving your personal effectiveness, conducting interviews and handling difficult conversations with employees.

    I help you take a broader view, recognise blind spots and assess consequences and risks. The final decision remains yours.

  • Your responsibilities are growing more complex, and familiar management approaches are no longer enough

    I help you develop management maturity and broaden your thinking: seeing the business as a system, adapting your leadership style and looking beyond familiar ways of interpreting complex situations.

For companies / businesses

  • The company relies on constant hands-on intervention. Managers are caught up in day-to-day tasks, with little time or energy left for development and key priorities.

    I help establish consistent management practices: planning, delegation, progress reviews and feedback. The aim is to build greater team autonomy and free up managers’ time for key priorities.

  • The company is growing, but its processes and structure can no longer keep up

    I help identify bottlenecks, optimise processes and clarify responsibilities, establish management accounting and make business performance more transparent, preparing the company for automation and AI.

02 About me

I am Oleg Laptev, currently the COO of a real estate development company. I have spent 15 years in senior management roles in industry, energy and construction, leading organisations of up to 1,000 people. For the past three years, I have mentored leaders and entrepreneurs and advised companies on management, process improvement and organisational change.

My management experience, MBA, consulting practice and teaching at a business school help me see a business as a system: understanding the connections between people, processes and results, and finding practical solutions that fit both the company and the individual leader.

Today, I share the knowledge and practical experience I have gained. I enjoy helping people develop and seeing the results of our work: positive changes in how leaders manage, how teams work and how businesses operate.

How we work together

We start with your situation: clarify the challenge and the outcome you want, explore options and agree on next steps. As we work together, we review progress and adjust our approach.

For leaders, I offer one-off sessions and ongoing mentoring. For companies, I provide consulting projects and training. I combine discussion, an expert perspective and practical recommendations according to your needs. Decisions remain yours. We meet online or in person, whichever works best for you.

I want to understand both the management challenge and the person behind it - their goals, doubts and circumstances. I work with care and respect for your experience and independence.

03 Fees

Individual consultations and mentoring - €50 per hour.

Payment in Czech crowns or roubles is also available.

For companies, fees are agreed individually based on the task and scope of work.

The first meeting is free - 30 minutes.
